I never wrote a letter like this and I have only been in
the USA for 9 years. I work hard in construction
and I love to hunt. My father and me decided to
look for a piece of alnd so we could hunt for deer and
turkeys without getting into trouble on some other mans
land. I called a bunch of salesmen in this area
and my father said to stay with Mike. He liked him
very much. We looked at many pieces of land and
finally Mike took us to see a house on 9 acres with over
2 hundred acres of farm land next to this piece that we
could hunt on with the owners permission. I never
thought I would be able to buy this much land and also
have a great house for my family. We now have two
years in this house and I have three deer heads on my
wall. My son and daughter have their own horses
and my wife loves the country and her great kitchen.
My American dream comes true I live in Brooklyn all week
and on Saturday we come up to our castle and thank Mike

Hey Mike,
Thank you Pal - This is the nicest present to my family
ever. They love the house and the kids love the
lake, pool and beach. You were right - I got the
most bang for my buck. That other house was no
where as good for the kids.

My husband and I were seeking a reliable and honest
Realtor. We have a home in Westchester and wanted
a small but groomed parcel of land to build our weekend
home and have our grandchildren and family come up on
weekends and enjoy the many activities available in
Sullivan County. After speaking to three agents at
three agencies we met Mr. Schwartz and explained exactly
what we wanted. It took us about 4 months and many
trips to view over a dozen properties and Mr. Schwartz
kept telling us that what we thought we wanted was a lot
more than we actually needed. He took the time and
had the patience to show us properties that were smaller

I must say that for a Real Estate Broker or Agent to

my husband and I by surprise. I MUST admit that

us was our true vacation home and in three years will

HONEST AND SELLING US WHAT WE NEEDED, NOT WHAT GAVE YOU
THE HIGHEST COMMISSION. Now I have two family
members that are dealing with A LIST REALTY.

As a real estate investor I was looking for the best
deal and highest rate of return available to me.

My Childhood was spent up in the Catskills with all my

Mike,
Thanks for calling me about the Concord. Most
other realtors are just suddenly starting to bring
buyers after not talking to me for years. They
claim the buyers are big (helicopter flyover of my land,
etc.) but tell me I am crazy at my price.
You are the only one honest enough to let me know the
great developments coming to the area and the potential
of my land and what is starting to happen in the area.
The other realtors are just bringing me their regular
buyers that they work with, day-in and day-out.
one lies and the other swears to it. You are
always straight forward.

I highly recommend Mike Schwartz.
He's genuine and will go out of his way to show you all
of your options - instead of just cashing in like most
realtors. He has your best interests at heart
and is up- front and honest. In addition, Mr.
Schwartz has a wealth of knowledge regarding Sullivan
County and helped my wife and I find land and realize

My wife and I retained the services of "A" List
Developers to build our new house and we were completely
satisfied with them. "A" List uses only the
highest quality tradesmen and their working
relationships with them benefit the customer- like us -
in every way - high quality work and on time. This
can be a very stressful process and "A" List Developers
did a great job.
